At RECOVR BEAUTY, we want you to feel completely confident trying Glow. Here's exactly how our guarantee and refund process works.

1. Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee on your first order of RECOVR Glow. If you've given it a genuine try and it's not for you, we'll refund your purchase price in full.

  • Applies to your first order only (one-time purchase or your first subscription shipment)
  • Refund requests must be made within 90 calendar days of your delivery date
  • You don't need to return the product, opened or unopened
  • Contact us at recovraustralia@gmail.com to request your refund

Refunds are issued to your original payment method and are typically processed within 5-10 business days.

2. Subscription Orders

Subscription renewals and repeat one-time purchases are not covered by the 90-day guarantee, which applies to first orders only. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account or by emailing us, which stops future charges and shipments but does not itself refund orders already delivered.

3. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at recovraustralia@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll arrange a full refund or free replacement, regardless of whether it's your first order.

4. Shipping Delays

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window (see our Shipping Policy), please contact us and we'll investigate, including a replacement or refund if it's genuinely lost in transit.

5. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You remain entitled to a replacement, refund, or compensation where our products fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL, regardless of the terms above.
